Kristallüri, idrarda kristallerin bulunması durumunu ifade eder. Bu kristaller, genellikle idrarda çözünmesi beklenen mineraller ve diğer bileşenlerden meydana gelir; bu bileşenler, idrarda çözünmeyip kristal formunda bir araya geldiğinde kristalleri oluşturur. Kristallüri, tıbbi açıdan önemli bir hastalık tablosu olabileceği gibi, etkilenen hayvanlar için tıbbi bir anlam taşımayan rastlantısal bir bulgu da olabilir. İdrarda bulunan kristallerin tiplendirilmesi ne kadar önem arz etse de fosfat ve okzalat kristalleri en yaygın karşılaşılan gruptur. Kristalüri, kedilerde daha çok beslenmeyle bağlantılı metabolik faaliyetler sonucu oluşurken, köpeklerde idrar yolu enfeksiyonları ile bağlantılıdır. Tedavi de etiyolojiye ve kristallerin tipine göre her hasta özelinde belirlenmelidir.
