About the Journal

Kafkasya Journal of Health Sciences (Kafkasya J Health Sci) is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed journal published under the principles of independence, impartiality, and double-blind peer review. The journal is published twice a year (June and December).

Kafkasya Journal of Health Sciences publishes full-length original research articles, review articles, short communications, preliminary reports, case reports, and letters to the editor across a wide range of disciplines, including medicine, dentistry, nursing, veterinary sciences, physical education, psychology, and all areas of animal sciences. The journal adopts a multidisciplinary approach, accommodating diverse types of scholarly content.

The journal’s manuscript evaluation criteria and peer review process are fully aligned with international ethical standards, and detailed information is provided through the relevant links on the journal’s website. KJHS is a fully open-access journal, meaning all content is freely available to readers and institutions without any subscription or payment, fully compliant with the BOAI definition of open access.

In line with its publication ethics policy, plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited. All submitted manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection software that compares the content against extensive academic publication databases to ensure originality and integrity.
